Leah Remini sues the Church of Scientology and says she suffered years of 'psychological torture'

Leah Remini filed a lawsuit Wednesday towards Scientology and chief David Miscavige that features allegations of harassment, defamation and surveillance. Remini broke away from the church in 2013, and has been one of many group’s most outspoken critics. The 53-year-old actress says her profession has suffered on account of the church’s mob-style operations towards her, and she or he is looking for damages and punishment.
